I have recently purchased the Hyper X Quadcast Microphone and I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of this product. You are also able to use this product on a PS4 and Mac products as well. This product has everything that I was looking for, as a streamer, and more.  

This Quadcast Mic has such a beautiful design right off the back. I was Drawn into the bright Red color but do wish that it had RGB lighting instead that way I could change the color from time to time. As I had opened this product, you are introduced with a Mesh Pop Filter wrapped around the mic itself.  It is pre-installed with a shock mount, which helps with anti-vibration to keep sounding clean and clear.

The Quadcast build is absolutely sold. The matte black finish around the mic makes it stand out as a more solid product. IT also comes with a small attachment so that way you will be able to mount it to an adjustable stand. The USB that it comes with is a 2mm, thick braided cable so it would be less likely to rip or tear through time. It also has a Gain control at the base, for a quick volume adjustment if needed.  

The whole reason why I purchased the Quadcast was for streaming purposes. I did not realize that it has 4 different polar patterns for different recording situations. This comes with a Stereo pattern for a more all-around Vocal setting, Omindirectional for those podcast scenes, Cardiod for a streamer setting, and a Bidirectional for those across the table interviews. As a plus it does have a Touch sensitive button at the top of the microphone is you needed to Mute yourself on the fly for any reason.  

All and all this microphone is an amazing product for the price. If you are streamer or podcaster or anything that you’re going to need a good quality USB mic, definitely look into the Hyper X Quadcast.
