HONEY BXBY DRIZZLES UNFILTERED FLAVOR ON NEW SINGLE “THINK I MIGHT”

April 11, 2025 (Los Angeles, CA) – The sweetest thing out of New Jersey just got Raw. Rising R&B phenom Honey Bxby drops an unapologetic new single, “Think I Might,” ahead of her hotly anticipated EP, Raw Honey, arriving May 30th via Rebirth Entertainment / Warner Records. Just like its name suggests, Raw Honey is sweet, real, and impossible to ignore. Packed with sticky hooks, sultry vocals, and unfiltered emotion, the 11-track collection confirms what the streets have been buzzing about: Honey Bxby is the real deal. Listen to “Think I Might” HERE and watch the video HERE, which made its broadcast premiere on BET Jams and BET Soul.

Honey’s sultry, crystal-clear voice carries “Think I Might” over a plush bed of guitar, keys, and seductive groove. She makes room for love on the romantic track but leaves no doubt as to the fact that she’s both one to watch and the one to woo. Honey’s still in boss mode, but warming up to the idea that the right man might be capable of earning her affection: “Think I might like this n—- / Love the way he dress, got to confess, my type, this n—- / Look he in a Pres, never too stressed, I like this n—- / Do what he says, ain’t gotta impress just for likes, this n—- / Might just be right, this n—-.”

“I’m not a soft b—–,” says Honey about her latest release. “Maybe one day I’ll be, but even when I like a n—-, I’m in denial.” Directed by the legendary Benny Boom (All Eyez on Me), the “Think I Might” video finds Honey getting the kind of treatment she deserves as her date pulls up in a Rover and spends the day spoiling her with designer clothes, good food, and attention.

Dripping with soul and confidence, the forthcoming Raw Honey EP delivers pure, unapologetic storytelling rooted in love, pain, pleasure, and power. Honey’s crystal-clear tone and razor-sharp pen shine across every track, from the emotionally rich “Right on Time” to the fan-favorite firestarter “LEFT EYE.” The new single, “Think I Might,” gives a taste of the softer side—without ever compromising her edge.

Honey Bxby made waves with her single “Touchin’,” which earned co-signs from Mary J. Blige and Busta Rhymes, who jumped on the official remix. Not one to box herself in, Honey keeps it diverse with records like “Bonnie & Clyde” featuring Fivio Foreign. With her fearless authenticity and undeniable talent, Honey Bxby has been catching ears and turning heads, racking up praise from Rolling Stone, Billboard, VIBE, Rated R&B, MTV, and more. She’s already toured with Sexyy Red and Flyana Boss and is currently heating up stages on SAINt JHN’s Festival Season Tour.

Upcoming Tour Dates:

4/16/25 – Los Angeles, CA @ Novo

4/17/25 – San Francisco, CA @ The Regency Ballroom

ABOUT HONEY BXBY:

Honey Bxby is reinventing R&B on her own terms. With unabashedly intimate lyrics and a bold personality, the New Jersey songstress singer injects rugged realness into the genre. “I’m like a rapper in a singer’s body,” she says. “You’re not gonna expect what comes out of my mouth and I live what I speak.” Honey continues her assertive journey with her Warner Records debut EP, Raw Honey, which invites fans to flip through the deeper, diaristic pages of her story. The boss chick the world met on 2023’s 3 Words, 8 Letters is still there, but her growth and versatility are on display over tender ballads, dancefloor anthems, and lushly modern musicality. One minute you’re lost in the subtly psychedelic guitar and sticky sweetness of her voice, and the next she’s lyrically roasting an ex-lover then salting his wounds. Honey’s unfiltered approach started early. She’d spend hours studying introspective storytellers like Drake and Kehlani, and her producer father helped unlock her songwriting gift in sessions together. She sang for friends and posted covers, then burst out in 2023 with her viral “Touchin’,” which earned praise from Mary J. Blige and an official remix from Busta Rhymes — a full-circle moment as her song samples his ’90s hit, “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See.” Honey subsequently dropped her first project, opened tours for Sexyy Red and Flyana Boss, and graced stages from BET’s Soul Train Awards to HOT 97 Summer Jam to Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow. As she steps into her current era, Honey says, “I’m feeling more open, more confident, and definitely more selfish — in the best way.”
