We were able to get a review copy of the Limited Edition Steelbook of Adam Green presents Hatchet: The Complete Collection! The limited edition steelbook is out now and we got our hands dirty to see what was inside. I did an unboxing video below of what to expect when you get the limited edition steelbook collectors item!
Unboxing:
I enjoyed rewatching the Hatchet movies at home on my 4K television with surround sound. The movies were crisp and clear using my Blu Ray player which had myself looking over my shoulder a few times. I even had to open my blinds in my living room to make sure it wasn’t too dark inside. The steelbook provided a cool bonus disc that had a documentary as well as production journals. As a fan of movies, I love to read through those and see what their team had to go through in order to get the movies out.
Our thoughts
Pro:
- Bonus Disc
- The bonus disc is pretty cool as it included a documentary with Adam Green, Will Barratt, and Sarah Elbert that showcases their time working on the Hatchet series. This was very insightful because a lot of times you don’t realize the things these people would go through in order to get their dreams out.
- Hatchet movies
- Having all the Hatchet movies including Victor Crowley at my disposal is pretty cool! I was shocked on how clear they looked on my television. The audio is amazing with these Blu Rays which provided myself a good time getting scared watching each one.
