The game starts off with you waking up in an unknown place, confused, lost. The brightest thing in view, a lamppost guides you to a Raven. After a brief tutorial you are set to your own devices. While I like dark atmospheres and dreary locations, I do like the ability to see what was designed to be seen. The brightness adjuster in the settings didn’t offer much light difference. While playing I found myself completing quests before it was time. Causing me to do things out of sync and the story’s narrative having to catch up.

Your faithful companion, the Raven from earlier, accompanies you. A brief tutorial introduces you to the art of flight, yet the controls leave much to be desired. When soaring through the skies as the Raven, a camera option to navigate freely would enhance the experience.
Additionally, while embodying the main character the camera movement felt sluggish. There was a recent patch that has quickened the character’s pace, but the ‘run’ still resembles more of a brisk walk.
I can glimpse the skeletal framework of potential within this game, understanding what it could evolve into. For now, I may not play it regularly. Yet, I believe in the alchemical and magical process of game development, and so, I shall return to explore its progress with each update.
