Intel is promoting the new 3D platformer “Glyph” from Bolverk Games as a top-tier indie platformer – get a free demo!

Intel and Bolverk Games have joined forces and are again offering exclusive copies of the Glyph demo through July.

Alas, players who are looking for some summer fresh platforming fun can head on over to Intel’s game division and scoop up a copy of the 3-level Glyph demo. The new platformer is in good company with popular titles such as Fall Guys and Chivalry 2, which are also featured. Find Intel’s game promos here.

Exclusive demo
The demo was successfully featured on Steam NEXT Festival last month and is now available again – this time hosted by Intel’s boost program.

“It’s quite a pat on the back to have Intel embrace Glyph like this,” says CEO of Bolverk Games, Bo Bennekov, about the collaboration while emphasizing that Bolverk games are super happy with the promotion from Intel Boost.

“Hopefully, with the help of a solid and accomplished brand like Intel, Glyph can reach a large enough audience to really start a conversation about the game and, you know, make it visible to more platform fans,” Bo Bennekov says.

The full game will release on Steam on August 9th. Meanwhile, fans can wishlist Glyph to be notified when the game goes live, price reductions, and more.

The Eagle skin is one of many found in the hidden levels within the levels.

Chill out or speedrun

Glyph’s gameplay combines breathtaking aerial maneuvers with tranquil exploration. The end goal is to restore the ancient Temple City, overcome by the desert, which also functions as the game´s non-linear hub world.

  • 80+ levels in Exploration mode mean you’ll have to put serious effort into the game before you’ve seen it all.
  • 30 blazing hot levels put your skills to the test in Time Trial mode.
  • 100+ secrets and upgrades are all part of the game from the beginning. With Glyph, you won’t have to pay for extra skins or cool unlocks.
  • A wicked mean final boss…

Glyph appeals to both chill-out players and speedrunners as the open-world allows creative ways to move through the many levels available with the release.

Copenhagen studio
Bolverk Games is a self-supporting indie studio based in Denmark and focused on VR games and software. Over the past two years, Bolverk Games have been working on a 3D platform game for the Nintendo Switch console and PC, Glyph.

“We make the games we want to play ourselves – beautiful, challenging, and immersive,” explains CEO Bo Bennekov.

Bolverk Games was among the first to realize how VR gaming could be more than a novelty and have created titles such as the Dick Wilde shooters and Kittypocalypse.
