San Antonio, TX – June 16, 2022) The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts is pleased to announce the return of the Ghost Light Society with the free welcome event, Meet us at the Ghost Light on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 6pm on the Tobin Center stage. We invite the San Antonio community to enjoy food and drinks and learn more about the Tobin Center‘s exclusive membership society for young professionals and creatives.

The Ghost Light Society offers exciting opportunities for those interested in the arts, media, and culture scene in San Antonio through networking and social events. Their mission is to cultivate the next generation of San Antonio‘s creative professionals and establish a growing community of passionate individuals who support the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts and its programs.

A Ghost Light Society membership is $150 a year and goes directly toward funding inclusive and accessible arts programming for the San Antonio community. Members receive exclusive pre-sale opportunities that allow them to buy tickets before the public, exclusive access to Ghost Light Society events, special ticket offers including discounts, giveaways, and invitations to Tobin Center Member events.

A “ghost light” is the single light left illuminated in an otherwise dark, unoccupied theater. The Ghost Light Society will serve as a beacon and gathering place for young professionals in San Antonio who want to be involved in the arts in a meaningful way.
