The fresh, talented and absolutely mesmerising trio write frank indie-pop songs about relationships and heartbreak, often with darker, more introspective undertones. Kicking Myself was written by Nothing in Common front woman Alice, sharing her own experiences with an impressive honesty. Sang through gritted teeth, Kicking Myself tells the all too familiar tale of regret and reflection, looking back on a situation that she should have handled differently.

Speaking more on the track, Alice explainedWhen I wrote this song, I really wanted to convey the feeling of being lost in a constant loop of “what if’s”

Led by the soothing vocals of front woman Alice, supported by Bo (drums) and Pelle (guitar), the unlikely collaboration began when Bo and Pelle met whilst studying digital design at school together. They then discovered Alice, a talented singer-songwriter on their course and invited her to a session. Only two tracks deep, the trio have already garnered over 100,000 streams on Spotify and built a loyal online following.

‘Kicking Myself’ is set to release March 6th and the full EP will be out on March 20th via Flak Records.
