EyeLights announces a strategic industrial partnership with Actia to accelerate large-scale production

 

The startup launched its first motorcycle head-up display in 2017 and unveiled the first augmented reality car windshield at CES 2022 with AGC. EyeLights technology was later selected by nine manufacturers, including the global Japanese leader, to equip next-generation cockpits. At this stage of its development, EyeLights plans to scale up production volumes using ACTIA Group’s facilities.Founded in 1986, ACTIA is an international industrial group specializing in embedded electronic systems for the highly demanding automotive and aerospace sectors. Headquartered in Toulouse, ACTIA operates one of its five electronic production plants in the city.

Production Capacity Aligned with EyeLights’ Ambitions

This partnership between EyeLights and ACTIA boosts the production capacity of EyeLights’ innovative products, meeting the stringent standards of the automotive industry and the expectations of clients worldwide. EyeLights can now produce up to 5 million units annually, addressing increasing demand for its solutions while ensuring performance that matches market expectations.
