April 25, 2019 – Epic Seven, a turn-based mobile RPG developed by Super Creative and published by Smilegate Megaport, today announced a collaboration with Arc System Works that will see characters from the legendary fighting franchise Guilty Gear (Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2) enter The 7th World as playable Heroes.

For over twenty years, the Guilty Gear series has garnered love from all over the world thanks to its unique character design, unique battle mechanics, and unique settings. This update marks the first collaborative content to be released for Epic Seven, and will include new Heroes, side stories, and Challenges designed directly inspired by the Guilty Gear franchise and built from the ground up by Super Creative.

Two beloved characters from Guilty Gear, Baiken and Sol Badguy, will be added to the game as an Earth elemental Thief and Fire elemental Warrior, respectively. Super Creative also has plans to subsequently add another character from Guilty Gear, Dizzy.

These Heroes will be accompanied by the side story “Visitors from Another World”, available until May 23rd, in which the characters from Guilty Gear find themselves in the world of Epic Seven.

Melding the Guilty Gear characters’ original visual look with Epic Seven’s stunning anime visuals has resulted in Heroes that bring together the best of both IPs. Coupled with the original Guilty Gear voiceover talent lending their skills to Baiken and Sol Badguy, this incredible collaboration is set to take Epic Seven to new heights.
