Driven to the brink by a broken medical system, a small-town woman undertakes a journey across the vast, unforgiving terrain of West Texas. When her truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere, she is forced to navigate a series of encounters with strangers, facing both compassion and exploitation along the way. As isolation deepens and her condition worsens, each mile raises the stakes and pushes her closer to a life-changing decision.
