Doing Good for Gulf Coast Humane Society

State Farm® Agent Jennie Dibala helping raise money for local Humane Society

(Corpus Christi, TX April 9, 2020) –  It’s spring. You can smell the freshly trimmed grass and almost hear the children’s laughter in the air.  It’s the perfect time to bring more joy to your family by adopting a four-legged friend. And on Saturday it’s officially Hug your dog day!

It is the mission of the Gulf Coast Humane Society to provide shelter and care for homeless animals through adoption, fostering, community partnerships, education and affordable spay-neuter & vaccine services.

“Saving one dog will not change the world, but surely for that one dog, the world will change forever. The money being donated from Jennie Dibala, State Farm is greatly appreciated and will help us continue to provide help to homeless animals,” said Jackie McCollough, of Gulf Coast Humane Society. “Money will be used for the general running of the shelter. This money will help us bring smiles, laughter, and love to both animals and their humans.”

“The Gulf Coast Humane Society does great work uniting animals in need with the appropriate new owners” said Jennie Dibala, State Farm agent. “We are glad to support the work they do in the greater Corpus Christi community, and at the same time help customers understand their insurance needs and coverage options.”
