Cookie Cutter Xbox Series S Review

We were able to get a digital review code for our Xbox Series S. Cookie Cutter downloaded pretty quick to our Xbox which didn’t hog much space at all on my hard drive. Once downloaded, we booted up the game to check it out. Well, we were in for a treat as an explosion of colors graced our screen from the start of the animation and story. We learned about her creator, Dr. Shinji, created Cherry to be different yet fell madly in love with her. Then, some corporate thugs steal Dr. Shinji and beat Cherry near to death. Now Cherry is rebuilt and angry, and we lead her out in the world to destroy those Denzels!

Our Thoughts

Pro:

  • Colorful
    • The art and animation in the story is so good! There are so many colors shown in the art and animation that you will become bewildered. I couldn’t focus on the talking characters as I was just infused by their strong display of colors in the art. I want to high five all the artists for Cookie Cutter cause they did an excellent job.
  • Story
    • Cherry, an android, has the love her life stolen from her. She is beaten to near death as these corporate thugs take away her heart. She is now rebuilt and is very pisst. Cherry goes on the rampage looking for her lover while destroying everything that gets in her way. I’m enjoying the story as you see how powerful love is to anyone including robots. They do feel and experience love and want to hold onto that as much as we do as well.
  • Raunchy Humor
    • I LOVE CHERRY! I love her attitude towards life and the people around her. She speaks her mind as well as jokes with her friends. She is the free spirited animal…err…. robot we all want to be.
