Following her performance with ‘Voice in a Million’ choir at Wembley Arena and sharing the stage with X Factor star Matt Cardle, the 16-year-old was formerly known for being the UK’s Chess Champion. Now, Laura now has her sights set on conquering the music scene. After being talent scouted whilst shooting a music video, Laura recorded the commercial pop track with AMS Music Group, known for with work with successful YouTube stars such as Joe Weller and Elliot Crawford.

Having been endorsed by the Director of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain, commenting that ‘Laura’s talent for singing and performance is evident.’ The singer-songwriter shows no sign of slowing down.

Making her mark, Laura shines a light on the darker realities of broken friendships stating: “I wrote the song to explore the twisted, darker parallel of a failed relationship which is often hidden from society, whilst creating an empowering tone which is built throughout the track as the lyrics show how pain can be channelled to make a person stronger.”

With ‘u want me’ set to drop September 20th and her EP coming later this year, she is certainly one to watch out for.
