Portland, OR – Comics and graphic novel publisher ABLAZE looks ahead to October and the season of frights and spooks with a vivid array of new releases set to debut in time for Halloween, as well as the advance solicitation of a new volume of a key horror title for Jan ’25.
ABLAZE proudly announces the launch in October of PARLIAMENT OF ROOKS #1, the Eisner-nominated Gothic horror series (Best Digital Comic) by Abigail Jill Harding and Richard Starkings.
ABLAZE also delivers frights and chills with the launch of a series of VARIANT COVER PACKS for acclaimed horror series such as HE WHO FIGHTS WITH MONSTERS, LOVECRAFT: UNKNOWN KADATH, and CHILDREN OF THE SUN. The packs feature the complete series run of a particular title, offered with special variant covers by an array of acclaimed artists.
Available in October as well is the WAKFU MANGA VOLS. 1-2 COLLECTED SET. See the heroes of WAKFU ride again in the brand-new manga series written by Tot, the creator of WAKFU & DOFUS! In a story that directly follows season 2 of the TV series.
October also sees the release of a trio of ABLAZE Standalone Boxes, a handy and eye-catching way to consolidate all the collected volumes for series such as THE CIMMERIAN, TRESE, and THE BREAKER. The box set cases feature gorgeous art from these series and will keep the graphic novels safe from dust, wear, and tear while providing a beautiful display option.
New additions to continuing ABLAZE series include ALMOST DEAD #8.
