LA-based hip-hop trio, 2 Man Embassy, have enlisted singer-songwriter and producer, Jake Neumar, for their newest single “Maraschino.” The track is the third single off of their highly anticipated EP, which is set to release later this summer.

The single was originally created as a remix for indie artist, Riz La Vie, who was considering the track, but overall decided to pass. When Riz La Vie passed, the trio felt the instrumental track was just too special to let go. The guys then reached out to Jake Neumar, who has worked with several peers of theirs, and Neumar immediately hopped on as the featured vocalist and songwriter. The trio credits him as, “The glue that brought it all together.”

“Maraschino is all about going back to toxic relationships because, sometimes, they’re just more fun. And when pretty please isn’t enough, she’ll find a way to put the cherry on top” says Jake Neumar.

2 Man Embassy’s previous EP single releases include “Velvet” featuring producers Daniel Allen and Sean Turk and “Out Of Luck” featuring pop singer Sophia Gripari, which are both available now on all streaming platforms.

2 Man Embassy was formed in 2016 by Brad Smith and Tristin Sullivan. Years later, Blake Martin joined the group, turning it into the trio that it is today. The three combine their influences from electronic music with a host of different styles to create their sound which is unique to them.

Regardless of what inspires them, they enjoy the entirety of the creation process, constantly pushing themselves to evolve and further their sound. As both best friends and colleagues, what they create is a manifestation of their collective passion in music.
